Description

  • Own CRM architecture, data quality, and governance to ensure trusted system reporting across sales and customer experience teams.
  • Redesign CRM dashboards, data views, and workflows to give reps and managers the right information at each stage of the sales and service process.
  • Track workload metrics for inbound CX support and reduce avoidable demand through process fixes, documentation improvements, and upstream solutions.
  • Administer the HubSpot platform, including lead routing, email campaign infrastructure, list management, segmentation, and data migrations.
  • Customize HubSpot objects such as contacts, companies, and deals, and apply best practices across Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs.
  • Partner with Sales and CX leadership to align CRM workflows with operational needs and establish feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Identify and develop AI opportunities for GTM Operations, including designing and leading a pilot with defined success metrics and failure criteria.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to address root causes of support demand and improve downstream customer experience efficiency.
  • Audit inventory workflows to improve scalability and operational consistency within the company’s systems.

Requirements

  • Up to 4 years of experience in revenue operations, CRM administration, or a related GTM systems role.
  • Hands-on experience administering HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs.
  • Experience with workflow automation, lead routing, and object customization in HubSpot.
  • Strong operational analytics skills with the ability to measure, analyze, and act on workload and efficiency data.
  • Demonstrated experience improving CRM usability and data quality through redesigned workflows and governance practices.
  • Ability to identify upstream drivers of support or process friction and solve them systemically.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience influencing Product, Engineering, or Data partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience managing data migrations from third-party automation or CRM tools into HubSpot is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms is preferred.
  • Understanding of AI agent concepts and practical experience applying AI in GTM or operational contexts is preferred.
  • Ability to travel 1–2 times per year for off-site team meetings or conferences.
  • Ability to work in stationary positions, sitting or standing, for extended periods.
