Description

  • Prepare, review, and process contracts, order forms, and renewal agreements for Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Track contract status throughout the sales and renewal cycle and coordinate with internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Perform data validation and quality audits in HubSpot across contacts, companies, and deal records.
  • Support internal user training for Sales and Customer Success teams on HubSpot best practices.
  • Build and maintain sales and Customer Success dashboards in HubSpot to track pipeline health, quota attainment, and renewal rates.
  • Respond to data requests from Sales, Customer Success, and leadership with timely and accurate analysis.
  • Conduct sales cycle analyses, win/loss reviews, and rep productivity assessments.
  • Evaluate current sales and renewal workflows and identify opportunities for automation or standardization.
  • Implement workflow improvements using HubSpot workflows, sequences, and integrations to streamline the sales and renewal cycle.
  • Maintain process documentation, playbooks, and SOPs.
  • Issue and follow up on outstanding invoices using the AR management system, Upflow.
  • Communicate with customers about collections and partner with Sales and Customer Success to resolve outstanding balances.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including data management, workflows, reporting, and sequences.
  • An analytical mindset with experience turning data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially for contracts, data hygiene, and invoicing.
  • A process-oriented approach with the ability to identify inefficiencies and follow through on fixes.
  • Clear written communication skills, especially in cross-functional settings.
  • Familiarity with AR or invoicing tools is a plus; the company uses Upflow.
  • Comfort working autonomously in a remote environment with a high degree of ownership.
  • Experience in a SaaS or tech company supporting a quota-carrying sales team is preferred.
  • Familiarity with community platforms, the creator economy, or membership-based businesses is preferred.
  • Experience with HubSpot integrations such as Zapier, Stripe, or billing tools is preferred.
  • Background in win/loss analysis or sales productivity frameworks is preferred.
