Description

  • Own post-sales operations across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Design and improve customer-centric processes to increase efficiency and support continuous improvement.
  • Roll out new processes and systems and drive adoption internally and externally.
  • Analyze customer, user, and system data to identify trends and interpret performance.
  • Use data to identify gaps, assess goals and targets, and produce gap analyses.
  • Design and run AI and agentic workflows, including Claude-based workflows, to surface churn risk and expansion signals earlier.
  • Own weekly renewal forecasting in partnership with Customer Success leadership.
  • Build and support digital and tech-touch programs that drive adoption and engagement at scale.
  • Lead and grow a team, including top-down communication and executive correspondence.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Revenue leadership to turn insights into pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Operations or Revenue Operations.
  • At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
  • Hands-on experience putting AI or automation to work in a customer-facing context.
  • Experience with complex software in customer-facing roles.
  • Fluency with tools like Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Strong analytics skills and a habit of measuring impact.
  • Excellent communication skills and the judgment to set priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: experience shipping AI-enabled workflows or automation, not just discussing them.
