Description

  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through inbound and outbound lead engagement.
  • Follow up on inbound MQLs within defined SLAs and prioritize leads by engagement and intent.
  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to generate qualified pipeline and identify brands that can benefit from the platform.
  • Develop, test, and refine messaging across phone, email, LinkedIn, and cold calls for different industries and personas.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot, including notes, activity tracking, and next steps.
  • Pull prospect data from ZoomInfo and enter it correctly into the CRM.
  • Contribute learnings and best practices to improve outbound processes and team performance.
  • Represent rePurpose Global at industry conferences and events to source and qualify leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of SaaS or startup experience in a sales function, including internship experience.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads through inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting.
  • Experience using cold calling, LinkedIn, and email for prospect outreach.
  • Clear, confident communication skills over email and phone.
  • Strong organization and discipline in managing outreach, follow-ups, and tasks.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt messaging, approach, and cadence based on results.
  • Startup experience is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to learn quickly, build skills through effort, and treat setbacks as opportunities to grow.
