Description

  • Own the GTM execution strategy for outbound, including ICP definition, segmentation, target account selection, and channel mix.
  • Support inbound lead routing and qualification processes in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Build and manage the GTM tooling stack across outbound and inbound motions, including Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft, and enrichment tools.
  • Own sales data quality by building and maintaining enriched, scored account and contact lists and ensuring clean CRM hygiene.
  • Develop and continuously improve outbound sequences and inbound response playbooks through structured A/B testing and process iteration.
  • Build and own the unified sales reporting layer for outbound activity-to-pipeline and inbound lead-to-close performance.
  • Lead pipeline attribution across outbound and inbound motions and maintain the experimentation roadmap with documented learnings.
  • Drive adoption of AI- and LLM-powered outbound, including agentic workflows, signal-based triggers, and personalized outreach at scale.
  • Partner cross-functionally with SDRs, AEs, RevOps, Marketing, and Data to align the outbound system with the broader revenue motion.
  • Act as the technical RevOps lead for new GTM initiatives, designing data, tooling, and process infrastructure from day one.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Operations, or Sales Productivity at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of improving revenue metrics such as outbound pipeline created, inbound lead-to-close rate, or pipeline conversion.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay or equivalent tools, Apollo or ZoomInfo, Outreach or Salesloft, and HubSpot.
  • Ability to build a multi-step Clay workflow independently.
  • Strong SQL skills or advanced spreadsheet fluency, including pulling data and building dashboards.
  • Comfort with light scripting and API work, including webhooks, Zapier or Make, and basic Python or JavaScript for automations.
  • Strong commercial instinct with understanding of ICP, message-market fit, and buyer psychology.
  • Strong knowledge of the EMEA region and the ability to tailor outbound strategies to multi-country buyers.
  • Experience with AI/LLM-powered outbound, agentic workflows, and personalization at scale is a strong plus.
