Description

  • Support the evaluation and optimization of the GTM technology stack across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Analyze tool usage, workflows, and system performance to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assess whether current tools are delivering intended business outcomes and gather stakeholder feedback on tooling pain points.
  • Support Salesforce optimization initiatives to improve seller productivity, workflow efficiency, and user experience.
  • Partner with technical teams to implement, test, and validate system improvements.
  • Monitor adoption and usage trends across GTM tools and platforms.
  • Build dashboards and reports to measure tool effectiveness, engagement, productivity impact, and operational health.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, IT, and RevOps to drive tooling initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation, support governance processes, and track and prioritize requests, enhancements, and issues.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and GTM technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting operational process improvements or system optimization initiatives (preferred).
  • Exposure to GTM tooling ecosystems across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success (preferred).
