Description

  • Identify, research, and prioritize target accounts across UK/I markets.
  • Execute outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and events to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline aligned with growth targets.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and assess fit for the company’s solutions.
  • Adapt messaging and outreach strategies across different countries, industries, and buyer behaviors.
  • Test, iterate, and optimize outbound sequences to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to support pipeline progression.
  • Identify emerging market trends, customer pain points, and competitive insights.
  • Maintain accurate activity and opportunity tracking in the CRM.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting.
  • Proven success generating pipeline through outbound efforts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
  • Ability to manage high outreach volumes while maintaining quality.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar, and sales engagement tools.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving and evolving environments.
  • Fluent English at C2 level or equivalent.
  • Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
