Description

  • Contact prospective clients through outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
  • Work closely with internal sales teams and external customers to advance opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Abnormal Security’s product offering.
  • Use effective sales planning and maintain a positive, motivating approach with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1+ years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative.
  • Fluency in German is required.
  • Experience in a sales representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role; less experience may be acceptable for the right candidate.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and connect them to business value.
  • Strong professional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and time demands concurrently while meeting production goals.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling.
  • Comfort using AI tools in prospecting and day-to-day workflow.
  • Drive, grit, and a team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to compete and win.
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
  • Experience with Outreach, Salesforce, Orum, Lusha, ActivelyAI, Glean, or Claude is preferred.
