Description

  • Conduct research to identify best-fit experts for assigned projects.
  • Work with the Project Manager to confirm and refine project scope during research and sourcing.
  • Run email and LinkedIn outreach to prospective experts.
  • Coordinate and conduct calls with prospective experts to validate their background and fit.
  • Document expert experience clearly and concisely for internal review.
  • Answer expert questions and handle objections to improve onboarding rates.
  • Negotiate expert rates in line with project value and research targets.
  • Support scheduling between experts and Client Contributors.
  • Monitor calls and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing, market intelligence, or a related role involving proactive outreach and candidate or expert evaluation.
  • Proficient German speaker at C1/C2 level.
  • Ability to quickly identify relevant expert profiles through research and pattern recognition.
  • Experience managing fast-turnaround projects and meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document relevant experience accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with industry experts and explaining network participation.
  • Goal-oriented mindset focused on delivering the best expert profiles efficiently.
  • Experience with expert sourcing or related recruiting work is preferred.
