Description

  • Prospect strategic business accounts in China through outbound channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Generate high-quality sales-qualified leads and convert them into opportunities in collaboration with regional Account Executives.
  • Qualify leads using the company’s BANT process and ensure a smooth handoff to the Account Executive.
  • Position yourself as a subject matter expert in Horizons EOR and employment solutions for the Chinese market.
  • Develop and execute creative outreach strategies and communication sequences to engage Chinese decision-makers and book sales meetings.
  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of the outbound sales strategy for the China region with team leads.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for customers and prospects, including all relevant activities and updates.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in a technology company and with a focus on the Chinese market.
  • Native Mandarin Chinese speaker with good English language skills.
  • Strong communication skills for phone outreach, email writing, and building effective communication sequences.
  • Comfortable initiating phone calls and cold-calling potential Chinese clients.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to resolve problems quickly with a sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and strengthen relationships.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in previous roles.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude that contributes to team dynamics.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools is advantageous.
