Description

  • Make 60–100 outbound calls daily to medical practice owners and office managers.
  • Prospect and qualify new opportunities across medical practices.
  • Follow up on cold leads and nurture relationships over time.
  • Book demos and qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Track activity and manage pipeline updates in the CRM.
  • Hit daily and weekly call and booking targets.
  • Support business development by opening doors for the sales team to close deals.

Requirements

  • Are hungry, disciplined, and competitive.
  • Have a track record of hitting goals and staying consistent.
  • Enjoy cold outreach and can handle rejection.
  • Are comfortable making 60–100 calls per day and booking demos.
  • Are detail-oriented and organized.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally on the phone.
  • Can start immediately.
  • Experience with medical practice outreach or sales development is a plus.

Benefits

  • Full-time contractor position.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Compensation of $7–$8 USD per hour, based on experience and skillset.
  • ASAP start date.
