Description

  • Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and coach four direct reports and their teams, setting goals, accountability, and performance standards.
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, market expansion, and pricing strategy.
  • Lead market intelligence efforts, including competitive analysis, customer insights, and industry trend assessment.
  • Define target segments, value propositions, and go-to-market approaches in coordination with product teams.
  • Oversee brand strategy, public relations, communications, and external relationship management.
  • Direct demand generation strategy, pipeline goals, campaign planning, and alignment with sales objectives.
  • Oversee digital marketing and ecommerce performance, including paid media, search, conversion optimization, and channel mix.
  • Manage marketing operations, workflows, marketing technology, CRM/automation tools, data integrity, and reporting.
  • Own marketing budget management, forecasting, KPI tracking, dashboards, and performance reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible for US employment without sponsorship.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing and developing marketing teams of 10+ members.
  • Experience achieving performance targets in a senior marketing leadership capacity.
  • Thorough knowledge of telecom industry regulations and policies.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
  • Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing strategies, analytics, ecommerce platforms, and paid digital advertising management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish proficiency is desirable.
  • Certified Marketing Professional (CMP), PMP, and digital marketing certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot are a plus.
