Description

  • Translate the CMO’s brand strategy into actionable creative direction across all channels.
  • Set visual direction for brand, performance, and web environments.
  • Own and maintain the Stonehenge Health brand identity across all customer-facing touchpoints.
  • Develop and enforce style guides, visual standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Oversee high-volume performance creative for paid acquisition, lifecycle, and on-site channels.
  • Maintain testing cadence and iteration cycles informed by performance data.
  • Oversee landing page, PDP, site UX, and conversion-focused design work.
  • Build creative operations processes, including intake, SLA frameworks, and photo/video production workflows.
  • Manage creative team capacity, hiring, onboarding, performance standards, and development plans.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, CRO, ecommerce, brand, content, and product teams to support growth and conversion.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in creative leadership at DTC consumer brands, including 5+ years at Director level or above.
  • Experience building and leading centralized creative teams of 8+ across brand, performance, and web sub-functions.
  • Deep expertise in both brand-building and performance creative, supported by a portfolio showing both.
  • Hands-on experience with performance creative across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, native, and email/SMS.
  • Strong understanding of testing and iteration cycles in direct response and performance environments.
  • Proven ability to ship high-volume creative output without sacrificing quality.
  • Experience partnering with performance marketing, CRO, and ecommerce teams in a high-velocity environment.
  • Health, wellness, beauty, or consumables industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, plus DTC platforms such as Klaviyo and Shopify or similar.
  • Remote-first mindset with the ability to lead distributed teams effectively; located within driving distance of Los Angeles, CA preferred.
