Description

  • Own CAC, LTV, and payback period across paid and owned channels.
  • Define and execute channel strategy and budget allocation, with primary focus on Google Ads and secondary focus on Meta.
  • Audit media spend and eliminate inefficient spend within the first 60 to 90 days.
  • Own the full funnel from ad creative through landing page, intake, checkout, upsell, and retention.
  • Define ICP and targeting strategy and refine it based on cohort performance.
  • Build and manage an experimentation roadmap, running rapid tests and weekly iterations.
  • Define offer strategy, including pricing, bundling, promotions, and subscription structures.
  • Identify the highest-value customer cohorts and develop monetization and retention improvements.
  • Report performance and unit economics to the CEO and work closely with the Controller.
  • Coordinate across departments to align marketing activity with business priorities, quarterly goals, and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on ownership of paid media budgets of $10M+ annually, with direct in-platform execution experience.
  • Deep Google Ads expertise, including auction dynamics, keyword economics, and CAC volatility.
  • Experience transitioning a transactional business model to a recurring or subscription model with measurable improvements in LTV, retention, and ARPU.
  • Full end-to-end funnel ownership experience from ad through landing page, intake, checkout, and retention.
  • Operator-level financial fluency with CAC by channel, LTV by cohort, payback period, and contribution margin.
  • Ability to make fast decisions with imperfect data and iterate rapidly rather than over-strategize.
  • Ability to diagnose funnel issues and contribute without an extended ramp-up period.
  • Background in telehealth, digital health, or direct-to-consumer healthcare (preferred).
  • Experience with GLP-1 programs, Rx-based subscription models, or weight management platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with pricing strategy, offer bundling, and promotional architecture; familiarity with Meta is a plus.

  • Base salary of $180,000 to $240,000 per year.
