Description

  • Own the P&Ls for Shopify and TikTok Shop and drive combined revenue growth.
  • Build a repeatable ecommerce growth engine using bundles, paid media, CRO, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing ecommerce team with clear accountability.
  • Manage high-velocity paid creative testing across Meta and TikTok, including 100+ ad creatives per week.
  • Launch monthly funnel-based offers and improve conversion metrics such as CVR, AOV, CAC, and LTV.
  • Optimize product pages, landing pages, and sales funnels to improve performance.
  • Drive email and SMS revenue to 25% of Shopify sales through lifecycle flows and retention strategies.
  • Work closely with leadership, including the CEO, to own channel strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10+ years of experience scaling DTC ecommerce brands on Shopify with paid social.
  • Proven track record of growing brands beyond $20M in revenue.
  • Deep fluency in Meta and TikTok Ads and high-velocity creative testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript.
  • Strong understanding of bundles, upsells, funnels, and lifetime value.
  • Ability to write, review, and optimize high-converting landing pages.
  • Experience leading a remote team with clear cadences and accountability.
  • High-ownership mindset with the ability to think like a general manager.
