Description

  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and update leads, contacts, opportunities, and account records daily.
  • Remove duplicate records and correct incomplete or inaccurate CRM information.
  • Keep pipeline data current and reliable for reporting and forecasting.
  • Schedule discovery calls, demos, meetings, and follow-ups across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate calendars and meeting logistics using Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Calendly.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread sales proposals, quotes, presentations, and related documents.
  • Support RFP and RFI responses using existing templates.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on pipeline activity, sales performance, conversion metrics, and key KPIs.
  • Maintain dashboards that give leadership accurate sales visibility.
  • Draft follow-up emails, reminders, thank-you notes, and next-step communications after meetings.
  • Assist with inbound lead routing, initial customer responses, and communication workflows.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to manage handoffs, documentation, approvals, and requests.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administrative support, operations coordination, or sales administration.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform.
  • Strong scheduling and calendar management experience.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience preparing proposals or sales presentations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SDR or BDR sales workflows is preferred.
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS companies, marketing agencies, or professional services firms is preferred.
  • Basic reporting skills using Excel, dashboards, or pivot tables are preferred.
