Description

  • Build and automate the full lead generation, outreach, and meeting-booking pipeline.
  • Own and continuously improve the go-to-market technology and automation stack.
  • Generate and qualify top-of-funnel demand across multiple channels.
  • Experiment with new outbound plays and tools to scale pipeline efficiently.
  • Operate as a founding member of the go-to-market team.
  • Drive pipeline growth through automated systems rather than manual sales motions.

Requirements

  • High intelligence, strong organizational skills, and an intense self-driven work ethic.
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly and independently pick up technical workflows.
  • Comfort with building and running automated systems instead of manual, high-touch sales processes.
  • Hands-on experience with automation and AI tooling such as Clay, CRMs, and workflow automation tools is a plus.
  • Experience in a founding or early-stage go-to-market role is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely from the United States.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and modern automation stacks.
  • Self-directed approach to work with the ability to operate independently.
