Description

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Build and manage prospecting lists using sales tools and research methods.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within target companies.
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities and book meetings for the closing team.
  • Qualify prospects against established criteria before scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and work toward weekly and monthly meeting targets.
  • Coordinate with closers to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including call notes, outreach activity, lead status, and follow-up tasks.
  • Track sales metrics, report daily and weekly activity, and monitor pipeline performance.
  • Refine objection handling, messaging, and conversion approaches based on prospect conversations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SDR, Appointment Setter, Business Development Representative, or Outbound Sales Representative.
  • Demonstrated success consistently achieving or exceeding outbound sales targets.
  • Experience executing multi-channel outbound prospecting using cold calls, cold email, and LinkedIn simultaneously.
  • Strong objection-handling and prospecting skills.
  • Proven ability to book qualified meetings with decision-makers.
  • Experience maintaining CRM accuracy and managing sales pipelines.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily activity without close supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to provide measurable performance metrics from previous roles, such as meetings booked, show-up rates, conversion rates, call volume, or quota attainment.
  • Experience selling to U.S.-based clients is preferred.
  • Background in B2B sales, marketing services, or agency sales is preferred.
  • Experience working with home services businesses is preferred.
  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with auto-dialers such as CloudTalk or Aircall is preferred.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI tools, SaaS sales, or software-related sales environments is preferred.
  • Experience working within a growing startup or early-stage sales organization is preferred.
  • Full-time availability during U.S. business hours.
  • Remote work setting.
