Description

  • Research, identify, and reach out to potential customers through email, social media, and cold calls.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers.
  • Accurately log prospect interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on strategy and hand off qualified leads.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to communicate Cutterpillar’s value proposition to prospects.
  • Persistently follow up with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Track and meet monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, engagement, and other KPIs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct prospecting activities, including cold outreach and follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent time-management skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying aligned with team goals.
  • Must be available to work US Mountain Time hours, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MT.
