Description

  • Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to attorneys and law firms to start conversations and build interest.
  • Ask targeted questions to understand business needs, qualify prospects, and identify decision-makers.
  • Navigate gatekeepers and build rapport with professional prospects to move conversations forward.
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls and coordinate calendars, availability, and next steps.
  • Execute structured follow-up sequences to keep prospects engaged through longer sales cycles.
  • Handle objections confidently and continue outreach until a meeting is booked or a clear decision is reached.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot or Salesforce, including outreach activity, lead status, appointments booked, and follow-up progress.
  • Keep pipeline data clean, organized, and fully documented.
  • Work across calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels to maintain consistent outreach activity.
  • Support sales team efficiency by ensuring prospects are prepared and informed before meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience in Appointment Setting, SDR/BDR, Sales Development, or outbound lead generation roles.
  • Strong outbound outreach and follow-up experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Confidence handling objections and pushback.
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, Calendly, and Google Calendar.
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
  • Comfort speaking with attorneys, law firms, and other professional decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Experience working with law firms, attorneys, professional services companies, or agency/marketing-services outreach is a plus.
