Description

  • Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to attorneys and legal professionals to start conversations and generate interest.
  • Qualify prospects by asking discovery questions, understanding needs, and identifying decision-makers.
  • Navigate gatekeepers professionally and persistently to reach the right contacts.
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls for the sales team and coordinate calendars and confirmations.
  • Execute consistent follow-up sequences to re-engage prospects and keep conversations moving forward.
  • Handle objections professionally and continue outreach until a meeting is booked or a clear decision is reached.
  • Log outreach activity, lead status updates, and interaction details in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Maintain clean, accurate scheduling records and ensure no lead or follow-up is missed.
  • Track key outreach and appointment-setting metrics, including booked meetings, show-up rates, and CRM accuracy.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in appointment setting, SDR, BDR, or sales development roles.
  • Strong outbound outreach experience and experience handling follow-ups and nurturing leads.
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills.
  • Confident objection-handling ability.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience using scheduling tools such as Calendly or Google Calendar.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
  • Comfort speaking with attorneys, professionals, and decision-makers.
  • Experience working with law firms, attorneys, professional services, agency or marketing services outreach, gatekeeper navigation, or high-ticket/high-value sales is preferred.
