Description

  • Mine CRM, product usage, and intent data to identify new segments, expansion opportunities, and renewal risks.
  • Build and maintain segmented prospecting and campaign audiences for SDR, paid media, email, and event programs.
  • Define and operationalize ICP and account-level intent scoring in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Design automated, multi-channel campaign workflows triggered by behavioral and firmographic signals.
  • Connect advertising, campaign, CRM, and opportunity data through a closed-loop attribution framework.
  • Analyze Heap and Snowflake product usage data to identify cross-sell, upsell, and wallet-share opportunities.
  • Build playbooks, triggers, and prioritized account models for expansion and retention campaigns.
  • Integrate CRM, product, intent, and advertising data into a unified marketing view.
  • Document systems, data definitions, and workflows, and evaluate AI and automation tools.
  • Define campaign KPIs, build performance dashboards, and run audience, messaging, and channel experiments.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or revenue operations at a fast-paced SaaS or fintech company.
  • Hands-on experience building lists, workflows, and reports in HubSpot and Salesforce or comparable platforms.
  • Strong SQL and Snowflake proficiency.
  • Experience connecting marketing activity to pipeline or revenue through attribution or closed-loop reporting.
  • Experience using product usage or behavioral data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Analytical approach to forming hypotheses, querying data, testing results, and taking action.
  • Experience in mortgage technology, fintech, or lending SaaS preferred.
  • Familiarity with intent platforms such as 6sense, Bombora, or ZoomInfo, plus GA4, preferred.
  • Experience with enrichment tools such as Clay or Clearbit and product analytics tools such as Heap preferred.
  • Python or JavaScript, API integrations, and familiarity with AI tools such as Claude preferred.
