Description

  • Own and grow Remote People’s organic social presence, especially LinkedIn.
  • Create video-first content, including short-form videos, employee and customer stories, executive thought leadership, and recurring social concepts.
  • Develop a modern, differentiated, and human external brand.
  • Own field marketing strategy and execute events across priority markets.
  • Manage event selection, sponsorships, activations, logistics, vendors, and on-site execution.
  • Partner with sales teams on pre-, during-, and post-event plans that generate meetings and pipeline.
  • Repurpose events into content and campaigns that extend their reach.
  • Support customer advocacy through testimonials, case studies, customer panels, and success stories.
  • Create personal-brand and thought-leadership content with leaders and employees.
  • Track performance and use insights to improve campaigns, events, and content.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of relevant experience in field marketing, social media, content, brand, events, or integrated marketing.
  • Strong creative judgment and an eye for branding, storytelling, video, and social content.
  • Hands-on content-production experience, beyond agency management.
  • Proven experience planning and delivering events, activations, sponsorships, or field marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Commercial mindset and confidence collaborating with sales teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to take ideas from concept through execution.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or another fast-paced technology environment preferred.
  • LinkedIn content, video editing, design, event ROI, pipeline measurement, or globally distributed company experience preferred.
