Description

  • Serve as the operational liaison between Sales and Marketing to manage lead handoffs, pipeline hygiene, and lead management processes.
  • Partner with Marketing to improve lead scoring, campaign attribution, and MQL-to-SQL conversion workflows.
  • Support Sales leadership with territory planning, quota setting, and bookings tracking.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Deal Desk, and Customer Experience to ensure accurate deliverables and smooth customer lifecycle handoffs.
  • Support onboarding of new sales and marketing team members through process documentation and tool training.
  • Design, document, and continuously improve end-to-end go-to-market processes from demand generation through closed-won.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks across the sales and marketing funnel to improve efficiency and throughput.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures for key revenue-generating workflows.
  • Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline review cadences, and annual and quarterly planning activities.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and intelligence-driven insights for Sales and Marketing performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Project Management, Software sales, SaaS sales, medical field, or adjacent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate data for non-technical audiences.
  • High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM is required.
  • Experience with Gong, Aviso, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to validate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
  • General remote-work readiness, including stable internet access.
  • Limited to no regular travel required.
