Description

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce owner, including object and field architecture, Flow automation, permission design, data quality, sandbox governance, and release management.
  • Provide first-line support for Sales and Customer Experience by handling systems questions, requests, and issues.
  • Conduct system audits to identify, analyze, and resolve technical debt across automations, code, layouts, integrations, and field usage.
  • Plan and execute legacy automation migrations by consolidating redundant logic and moving deprecated frameworks to current Salesforce standards.
  • Design and maintain Salesforce user experiences such as page layouts, Lightning configurations, and record views for Sales and CS teams.
  • Establish and maintain sandbox and release management practices, including refresh cadences, testing protocols, and tri-annual Salesforce release preparation.
  • Lead data model architecture strategy to support new product and pricing motions while preserving unified reporting and operational coherence.
  • Own administration, configuration, and optimization of the broader GTM tech stack, including tools like Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, ChurnZero, Rocketlane, Ironclad, MonetizeNow, Aligned, and UserGems.
  • Deepen the ChurnZero and Salesforce integration and improve how CS workflows are configured and used.
  • Apply AI and automation to data hygiene, field usage analysis, automation documentation, reporting, enrichment workflows, and broader revenue-team use cases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Deep, hands-on Salesforce expertise with ownership of object architecture, Flow Builder, automation logic, permission design, sandbox governance, and data management.
  • Experience completing complex, dependency-sensitive Salesforce work such as field audits, automation migrations, and data model redesigns.
  • Confident experience managing integrations across a multi-tool GTM stack, including Zapier, Hightouch, Workato, or similar iPaaS tools.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to reason about data flows, downstream dependencies, edge cases, and long-term maintainability.
  • Working knowledge of B2B SaaS sales motions and the full opportunity lifecycle.
  • Comfort serving multiple internal stakeholders with competing needs and facilitating decisions across Sales, CS, and RevOps.
  • High standards for correctness and clean design, with the ability to identify and properly fix fragile system setups.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical tradeoffs for business stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experience using AI tools and agentic automations to improve operational workflows is preferred.
