Description

  • Collaborate with clients to understand marketing, sales, and business objectives and translate them into HubSpot solutions.
  • Design and architect HubSpot implementations that follow best practices and deliver measurable results.
  • Develop customized workflows, automations, and integrations to streamline processes and improve marketing performance.
  • Provide technical guidance on HubSpot capabilities, features, customization options, and related integrations.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to help clients use HubSpot effectively and maximize its value.
  • Stay current on marketing technology trends, especially within the HubSpot ecosystem.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and development teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Lead strategy for a portfolio of RevOps clients and help them improve their HubSpot instance and overcome roadblocks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Strategist or in a similar role with a strong background in HubSpot implementations.
  • At least 3 years of agency experience, preferably with a HubSpot Solutions Partner.
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's suite of tools and hubs.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot native AI tools and other LLM integrations.
  • Proficiency in creating custom workflows, automation, and integrations within HubSpot.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze client requirements and design tailored solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with other marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of marketing and sales operations.
  • Hands-on experience across every HubSpot hub, from Starter to Enterprise, is preferred.
