Description

  • Own the data enrichment lifecycle within Salesforce and Snowflake, including end-to-end pipeline architecture and maintenance.
  • Manage Clay-based enrichment workflows, AI-driven processing, campaign operations, credit budgeting, and re-enrichment logic.
  • Partner with RevOps and Data teams to audit data quality, resolve field-level conflicts, and keep Salesforce reliable for reporting and analytics.
  • Build and maintain sales-specific AI tools and automations such as call scorecards, forecasting workflows, and outreach personalization infrastructure.
  • Maintain the Revenue Programs MCP Toolbox of reusable AI tools and Make scenarios to accelerate team delivery.
  • Oversee the context infrastructure, including version control and governance, that supports AI agents and automation systems.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools by working with sales leadership, automating repetitive tasks, and monitoring performance with data.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to adoption and provide technical support to program managers.
  • Identify and manage technical risks and architectural blockers for leadership.
  • Build automations each quarter to improve personal and organizational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, GTM Engineering, or a technical RevOps role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Clay, Make or similar no-code/low-code automation tools such as Zapier or n8n, and Salesforce.
  • Hands-on familiarity with the modern GTM stack, including SalesLoft or Outreach, ZoomInfo, Qualified, Snowflake, and sales engagement platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI tools and prompt engineering.
  • Strong analytical instincts, systems thinking, and solution orientation.
  • Exceptional collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical trade-offs to senior leadership.
  • Experience building with Claude, OpenAI, or other LLM APIs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or agentic workflow tooling is preferred.
  • Experience with SalesLoft admin is preferred.
  • Background in or exposure to B2B sales is preferred.
