Description

Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable platforms for enterprise AI, LLM, RAG, and agentic applications.
Create reusable architectures, infrastructure patterns, deployment templates, integrations, and engineering standards.
Build secure integrations with Anthropic APIs, Claude models, enterprise data, APIs, ServiceNow, and approved tools.
Establish CI/CD, LLMOps, MLOps, evaluation, versioning, monitoring, rollback, and lifecycle-management practices.
Design and manage cloud infrastructure, containers, Kubernetes, serverless services, and infrastructure-as-code deployments.
Develop secure data-ingestion, indexing, retrieval, vector-search, and RAG pipelines.
Implement security, privacy, governance, observability, auditability, human-in-the-loop controls, and responsible-AI safeguards.
Operate production AI services through incident response, troubleshooting, capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
Provide technical guidance and collaborate with architects, engineers, ServiceNow teams, product teams, and client stakeholders.
Contribute reusable platform components, playbooks, reference architectures, accelerators, and customer-delivery solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, software engineering, data engineering, systems integration, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and production releases.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless services, or comparable cloud-native technologies.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
Experience designing REST APIs, enterprise integrations, authentication, and authorization patterns.
Hands-on experience with LLM applications, generative AI services, RAG, AI workflow automation, or related technologies.
Knowledge of prompt and context engineering, embeddings, vector search, structured outputs, tool use, evaluations, and model monitoring.
Experience with observability, including logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and incident management.
Strong knowledge of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, network security, and secure software development.
Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, data warehouses, object storage, search platforms, or vector databases.
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred: Claude, Anthropic API, MCP, LLM frameworks, MLOps platforms, vector databases, ServiceNow, Kubernetes operations, FinOps, or consulting experience.
Ability to travel based on client and business needs.
