Description

  • Deploy onsite with strategic customers to map security, risk, and compliance workflows.
  • Gather requirements from practitioners and executives and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate SecurityScorecard with customer data, processes, and systems.
  • Build AI-native solutions using LLMs, machine learning models, and modern AI tooling.
  • Analyze customer and platform data to quantify risk through ALE, VaR, ROI, benchmarking, and exposure models.
  • Design and deploy integrations, data pipelines, and tools for SIEM, GRC, ticketing systems, and data warehouses.
  • Architect and deploy solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
  • Prototype solutions rapidly and harden them into production-ready software.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering while feeding customer insights into the roadmap.
  • Own technical relationships with key accounts through renewal and expansion and provide onsite go-live support.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience, including customer-facing work.
  • Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered solutions using LLMs, agentic frameworks, or machine learning models.
  • Experience turning raw data into actionable models for risk quantification, benchmarking, or exposure modeling.
  • Ability to independently ship production code in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong full-stack expertise across backend services, APIs, scripting, data pipelines, REST, webhooks, SSO/SAML, and SIEM connectors.
  • Architecture experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience conducting enterprise discovery with practitioners and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical, business, and financial contexts.
  • Bias toward action and comfort working with ambiguity.
  • Cybersecurity, GRC, or risk management experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites approximately 30–40% of the time.
