Description

  • Deploy onsite with strategic customers to map security, risk, and compliance workflows.
  • Gather requirements from practitioners and executive stakeholders and scope technical solutions.
  • Integrate SecurityScorecard with customer data, processes, and systems.
  • Build AI-native solutions using LLMs, machine learning models, and modern AI tooling.
  • Analyze customer and platform data to quantify risk using metrics such as ALE, VaR, and ROI.
  • Design and deploy integrations, pipelines, and tools for SIEM, GRC, ticketing, and data warehouse systems.
  • Architect and deploy solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
  • Prototype field solutions and harden them into production-quality software.
  • Connect Product, Engineering, and customer teams while feeding field insights into the roadmap.
  • Own technical relationships with key accounts through renewal and expansion.
  • Travel to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and go-live support.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience, including customer-facing work.
  • Hands-on experience building shipped solutions with LLMs, agentic frameworks, or machine learning models.
  • Track record of building AI-powered products or features.
  • Working data analysis or data science experience, including risk quantification, benchmarking, or exposure modeling.
  • Ability to independently ship production code in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong full-stack fluency across backend services, APIs, scripting, data pipelines, REST, webhooks, SSO/SAML, and SIEM connectors.
  • Architecture experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience leading discovery with enterprise practitioners and executive sponsors.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical, business, and financial contexts.
  • Bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Cybersecurity, GRC, or risk management experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% to customer sites.
