Description

  • Deploy onsite with strategic customers to map security, risk, and compliance workflows.
  • Gather requirements from practitioners and executives and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate SecurityScorecard with customer data, processes, and systems.
  • Build AI-native solutions using LLMs, machine learning models, and modern AI tooling.
  • Analyze customer and platform data to quantify risk using measures such as ALE, VaR, and ROI.
  • Design and deploy integrations, pipelines, and tools for SIEM, GRC, ticketing, and data warehouse systems.
  • Architect solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
  • Prototype solutions rapidly and harden them into production-quality software.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering.
  • Own technical relationships with key accounts through renewals and expansion.
  • Travel to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and go-live support.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience, including customer-facing work.
  • Hands-on experience building and shipping solutions with LLMs, agentic frameworks, or machine learning models.
  • Track record of building AI-powered products or features.
  • Working data analysis or data science experience, including risk quantification, benchmarking, or exposure modeling.
  • Ability to independently ship production code in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Full-stack fluency across backend services, APIs, scripting, data pipelines, REST, webhooks, SSO/SAML, and SIEM connectors.
  • Architecture experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience conducting discovery with enterprise practitioners and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical details into business or financial impact.
  • Bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Cybersecurity, GRC, or risk management experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites approximately 30–40% of the time.
