Description

Plan and manage end-to-end tradeshow and event logistics, including booth design, shipping, setup, and staffing.
Maintain the annual events calendar and manage budgets across 10–20 events per year.
Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and internal stakeholders.
Oversee pre-show promotions and post-show lead handoff to the sales team.
Track event performance metrics and report on pipeline impact.
Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and event organizers.
Manage logistics from booth procurement through post-show follow-up to ensure successful event execution.
Support the company’s presence at industry conferences, tradeshows, and corporate events.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in event coordination or field marketing.
Strong project management skills.
Experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot for lead tracking preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the country of application and provide proof of employment eligibility.
Remote work from the United States is allowed.

Base compensation range of $121,100–$151,300 USD.
