Description

  • Support Client Services teams with operational tasks for some of the network’s largest clients.
  • Upload offers and creatives to advertiser programs and communicate details to publisher partners.
  • Produce regular reports by extracting, manipulating, and interpreting data for Client Services teams.
  • Create gap analysis reports and help recruit affiliates onto programs with account management and publisher teams.
  • Perform program audits and monitor affiliate performance to ensure network compliance.
  • Conduct ad-hoc account health checks, competitor benchmarking, and other client requests.
  • Take a proactive approach to assigned projects and cases and escalate issues when needed.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to share workload and support delivery timelines.

Requirements

  • Entry-level candidate interested in starting a career in affiliate marketing.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet multiple client deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail for internal and external-facing work.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and willing to help peers and take on additional tasks.
  • Fast learner with a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is an advantage.
  • Ability to take ownership of individual responsibilities and arrange appropriate cover for time off.
  • Willingness to improve efficiencies and quality of work.
  • Ability to work across Awin regions in a flexible or remote setup is advantageous.
