Description

  • Lead the Customer Success Strategy & Planning function worldwide and serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership.
  • Build relationships with senior leaders across Sales and Customer Success to support business goals and initiatives.
  • Drive the analytical rhythm of the business, including quarterly business reviews and organizational deep dives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to analyze customer, market, and segment performance and uncover actionable insights.
  • Become an expert in business and Customer Success rules and use that knowledge to improve operations.
  • Conceptualize, test, and pilot new programs involving roles, compensation plans, and engagement mechanisms.
  • Lead quarterly and annual business planning for Customer Success teams.
  • Collaborate with business units to analyze productivity and headcount scenarios.
  • Analyze inefficient business rules and obstacles in the Sales and Customer Success partnership process.
  • Use sales data to develop meaningful business insights and narratives that support growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a quantitative focus such as Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Consulting, Sales Operations, or Analytics.
  • Experience supervising direct reports.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple business language.
  • Strong SQL knowledge and the ability to write SQL queries for analysis, preferred but not required.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills for manipulating and analyzing data.
  • Experience with at least one major business intelligence tool such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Looker.
  • Comfort navigating Salesforce.com.
  • Experience in a role involving business analysis or strategic planning, preferred.

  • Base salary range of $109,000 to $215,000 USD for U.S.-based candidates.
