Description

  • Own end-to-end Salesforce CRM administration, including objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, flows, permission sets, and reporting frameworks.
  • Configure and maintain lifecycle models for new business, partner-led, referral-driven, and expansion motions.
  • Define and enforce stage entry and exit criteria, territory routing logic, and account ownership rules across commercial teams.
  • Serve as the technical owner of Salesforce CPQ, including product catalog, pricing rules, and quote configuration.
  • Administer and maintain the broader GTM stack, including Gong, Aircall, Clay, sales engagement tools, marketing automation, attribution platforms, and other commercial systems.
  • Ensure clean, reliable data flows between systems and reduce manual reconciliation.
  • Maintain documentation for system architecture, integrations, and workflows.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline health, conversion, partner contribution, and forecast accuracy.
  • Design and implement automation and integrations using Salesforce Flows, Apex, APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
  • Partner cross-functionally to triage requests, support governance, and contribute to architectural decisions and documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience, including Apex, Flows, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • CPQ Specialist or System Architect certifications strongly preferred.
  • Developer I & II, Application Architect, or Technical Architect certifications are a plus.
  • Experience managing a modern GTM stack, including tools such as Gong, Clay, Aircall, and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong understanding of commercial lifecycle modeling, pipeline management, and revenue operations fundamentals.
  • Experience building automation and routing logic that reduces friction for sales teams.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing; Copado experience is a plus.
  • Comfort working with JavaScript, Python, REST/JSON/XML, and web service integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • US-based candidates must live in one of the listed eligible states.
