Description

  • Own aspects of the Salesforce instance supporting sales, customer success, and customer support workflows.
  • Design, configure, and deploy solutions in Salesforce and related sales tech stack tools.
  • Optimize sales motions and the internal customer experience through better tools, processes, and data.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, sprint items, hot fixes, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on cross-functional initiatives to gather requirements and execute deliverables.
  • Serve as a functional owner of Salesforce Sales and CPQ components.
  • Work with business stakeholders, project managers, and analysts to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
  • Support release management, data migration and cleansing, and multiple development environments.
  • Test functionality and perform quality assurance to ensure solutions are free of issues.
  • Help shape the evolution of the sales tech stack and maximize value from Salesforce and other customer success tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce instances, projects, and initiatives.
  • Working administrator-level knowledge of Salesforce Sales and CPQ.
  • Experience with flows and advanced formulas.
  • Experience with release management, data migration and cleansing, and managing multiple development environments.
  • Direct experience configuring Salesforce CPQ is required.
  • Demonstrated success managing projects from scoping through requirements gathering, design, development, and deployment.
  • Ability to learn systems and new tools by testing functionality and evaluating setup.
  • Ability to describe and follow quality assurance steps for ensuring work is free of issues.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal.
  • Legal authorization to work in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Mexico.
  • Experience administering enterprise sales and customer success tools such as Salesloft, Gainsight, and Gong is preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator or CPQ Administrator certification is a plus.
