Description

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pitch potential partners across affiliates, sponsorships, community offerings, and event partnerships.
  • Own partner outreach from first contact through signed agreement with tailored follow-up and relationship management.
  • Lead sales conversations for sponsorships, affiliate programs, promotional packages, and event-related partnership offerings.
  • Coordinate event partnership packages such as brand tables, discounted tickets, and experiential activations with the Events team.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including sending agreements, following up on signatures, filing completed contracts, and auditing records.
  • Execute partner onboarding by collecting assets, aligning on deliverables and timelines, updating systems, and activating offers and newsletter placement.
  • Maintain and update the partner database, contracts database, provider page, app listings, and partner perks so information stays current and accurate.
  • Manage affiliate partnerships end to end, including tracking links, commission structures, promotions, reporting, and referral codes.
  • Track and execute partner deliverables across events, campaigns, newsletters, social posts, app features, and on-site activations.
  • Produce community intelligence summaries, update KPI and allocation tracking, support financial reporting, and improve partnership SOPs and workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, affiliate marketing, or a coordination-heavy operations role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both partner acquisition and post-sale execution independently.
  • Strong written communication skills for outreach, onboarding, newsletters, and follow-ups.
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools such as Airtable, ClickUp, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Sign Now, or similar systems.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple partners, contracts, deliverables, and communications at once.
  • Self-directed and proactive in a remote-first environment.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to synthesize content and draft communications.
  • Willingness and ability to travel at least three times per year for events, partner meetings, or conferences.
  • Preferred experience in the e-commerce, Amazon seller, SaaS, or DTC ecosystem.
  • Preferred background in affiliate marketing, event sponsorship coordination, community or membership organizations, and SOP/process improvement.
