Description

  • Own end-to-end partner program operations, including reporting, incentives, performance tracking, announcements, enablement assets, and billing coordination.
  • Manage Directory-as-a-Service (DaaS) execution, including shop eligibility data, partner locator onboarding, activation tracking, and lead conversion support.
  • Coordinate day-to-day integration partner communications and align Product and Engineering on launch readiness.
  • Support beta testing and maintain internal documentation for integrations.
  • Serve as the operational lead for marketing, loyalty, AI voice, and coaching partners, including onboarding and issue resolution.
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success with collateral, resources, and product/partner knowledge to support partner-driven opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Engineering on partner initiatives.
  • Help turn strategic partner relationships into repeatable growth programs and operational processes.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in partnerships, channel operations, or ecosystem management within the automotive aftermarket.
  • Deep understanding of how independent repair shops operate, evaluate software, acquire customers, and purchase parts.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-party initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Hands-on experience using CRMs and reporting tools, with HubSpot preferred.
  • Strong organizational and process-management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Existing relationships or a strong network within the automotive aftermarket industry (preferred).
  • Direct experience with repair shop management systems, automotive SaaS integrations, or technology ecosystems (preferred).
  • Experience supporting channel partner programs, marketplace platforms, or locator/DaaS networks (preferred).
  • This role is 100% remote and available to US-based candidates.
