Description

  • Develop and lead integrated, multi-channel global campaigns aligned to core GTM plays and enterprise/developer segments.
  • Own campaign plans to generate qualified marketing leads (MQLs) and sales-accepted leads (SALs).
  • Implement account-based marketing programs and personalized omnichannel engagement for high-value accounts.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to shape messaging and build campaign content plans.
  • Execute evergreen and always-on campaigns across digital advertising, email, webinars, content syndication, and partner co-marketing channels.
  • Create and run campaigns for existing customers to drive upsell and renewal opportunities.
  • Build nurture programs to convert open-source community members into enterprise customers.
  • Integrate AI and generative AI capabilities into campaign automation, personalization, optimization, and content development.
  • Define campaign KPIs, track performance, report results to leadership, and use data to optimize campaigns in real time.
  • Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and pipeline generation.
  • Manage global webinars and email campaigns across commercial, enterprise, and global audiences.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, content, and marketing teammates to ensure campaign alignment and data sharing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • At least 4 years of experience in global campaign management or demand generation.
  • Experience in tech, infrastructure, SaaS, software, database, or open-source industries is preferred.
  • Proven experience building and executing integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Hands-on experience with account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and stage-appropriate tactics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels including SEM/PPC, paid social, and retargeting.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and proficiency with Marketo.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, forecasting, ROI, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong strategic planning, prioritization, and business acumen, including comfort discussing finance-related impact.
  • Familiarity with martech integration and using AI tools for marketing functions.
  • Deep understanding of customer behavior, pain points, and value propositions for different buyer roles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to align sales and marketing teams and break down organizational silos.
  • Experience fine-tuning AI models with proprietary data is a plus.
  • Experience in Financial Services, Telco, or Retail/eCommerce is a plus.
  • Background in database, open-source, or infrastructure software is a plus.
  • Experience developing video content strategies is a plus.
  • Experience designing executive engagement concepts such as Virtual Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs) is a plus.
