Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms.
  • Lead creative testing initiatives by developing ad creative briefs and iterating based on performance.
  • Manage audience segmentation, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and campaign pacing to improve results.
  • Own the marketing-qualified lead (MQL) funnel and drive progression through nurturing and sales qualification stages.
  • Manage webinar promotion, setup, and execution as a core demand generation channel.
  • Develop and manage lead magnet strategies that support pipeline growth and conversion objectives.
  • Own HubSpot configuration and optimization, including lifecycle stage management and lead scoring frameworks.
  • Establish and maintain attribution models through disciplined UTM governance and tracking standards.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement optimizations to improve conversion rates, efficiency, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of hands-on experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proven success managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Experience designing and managing full-funnel marketing programs, including lead generation, MQL nurturing, and SQL conversion strategies.
  • Strong background in revenue marketing, marketing attribution, reporting, and funnel performance analysis.
  • Ability to independently execute, optimize, and scale marketing programs with minimal oversight.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot, including campaigns, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and automated nurturing workflows.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Experience working with analytics, attribution, and dashboarding tools, supported by disciplined UTM tracking practices.
  • Experience managing webinar platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar solutions (preferred).
  • Exposure to programmatic advertising, account-based marketing (ABM), or advanced audience segmentation (preferred).
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, including SQL or spreadsheet-based attribution and performance modeling (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and a proactive, resourceful mindset.
