Description

  • Own and administer the marketing technology stack and digital channels, including HubSpot, WordPress, Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Plan, build, and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, and PPC.
  • Develop and manage demand generation programs that build awareness and drive qualified pipeline.
  • Configure and optimize HubSpot workflows, lead nurturing sequences, landing pages, and audience segmentation.
  • Manage paid acquisition strategy across search, social, and agentic/answer engine channels, including budget allocation and targeting.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations on lead handoff criteria, attribution models, and closed-loop reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and tech stack utilization.
  • Document marketing operations processes and campaign playbooks, and train teams on platform usage and execution standards.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to leadership against benchmarks and internal growth goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with ownership of demand generation, multi-channel campaign execution, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven HubSpot power user or admin experience, including workflows, campaigns, lead management, and reporting.
  • Experience with WordPress, Salesforce, and paid media platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS with direct alignment to a B2B sales team.
  • Demonstrated success hitting aggressive pipeline, lead generation, or revenue-influenced marketing goals.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience in campaign QA, A/B testing, data hygiene, multi-touch attribution, and performance measurement.
  • Familiarity with AI/agentic search and answer engine optimization (AEO/GEO) as emerging demand generation channels.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to write process documentation, lead cross-functional training, and present insights to leadership.
  • Experience operating in a remote environment in Toronto or Montreal, Quebec, is relevant to the role.
