Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, webinars, and event follow-up programs.
  • Manage email and nurture campaigns using Constant Contact and Microsoft Dynamics to support lead acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
  • Develop and maintain audience segmentation strategies for targeted outreach and account-based initiatives.
  • Own the end-to-end webinar program, including setup, promotion, and post-event lead follow-up.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and recommend improvements to ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Tier 1 and Tier 2 events, including trade shows, roadshows, partner events, and customer engagements.
  • Own event logistics end-to-end, including product placement, equipment, internet connectivity, booth setup, and vendor coordination.
  • Partner with sales to align event goals, lead capture, and post-event follow-up to maximize pipeline impact.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and internal coordination to ensure smooth execution.
  • Oversee the development of event and demand generation collateral, including flyers, brochures, presentations, and sales enablement assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation and event marketing.
  • Proven experience managing digital campaigns, webinars, and in-person events that support pipeline growth.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools such as Microsoft Dynamics and Constant Contact.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
  • Experience with event logistics, vendor coordination, and booth operations (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience supporting account-based marketing or targeted audience segmentation initiatives (preferred).
