Description

  • Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
  • Modernize the marketing motion using AI, automation, and other emerging tools.
  • Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and performance measurement.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team and expand capabilities as needed.
  • Establish marketing KPIs and report performance and ROI to executive leadership.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across channels.
  • Oversee corporate communications, thought leadership, public relations, and executive visibility initiatives.
  • Plan and optimize integrated demand generation and digital marketing campaigns across website, SEO, paid media, email, webinars, social media, and marketing automation.
  • Partner with Business Development to support pipeline generation, client acquisition, and sales enablement.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new services, technology offerings, and business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibility.
  • B2B marketing experience in professional services, legal services, technology, SaaS, healthcare, financial services, or another consultative industry.
  • Proven success developing demand generation strategies that drive measurable business growth.
  • Experience leading brand strategy, digital marketing, content marketing, and marketing communications.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and external agency relationships.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
  • Hands-on leadership style with willingness to roll up sleeves while building scalable processes.
  • Experience marketing to law firms, corporate legal departments, insurance carriers, or government agencies is preferred.
  • Experience supporting field sales or business development organizations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEM platforms, and modern AI-enabled marketing stacks is preferred.
  • Experience leading organizational growth, rebranding, or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
