Description

  • Own global Marketing strategy, organization, performance management, and operating priorities.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to strengthen go-to-market execution, particularly in North America.
  • Align Product Marketing, Brand & Content, and Demand Generation around pipeline, conversion, and revenue outcomes.
  • Assess the existing marketing strategy, positioning, organization, processes, and performance, then identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop an 18-month marketing roadmap and validate the messaging and content strategy.
  • Own analyst relationships and build relationships with key customers.
  • Lead strategic company projects, including potential renaming, rebranding, and repositioning initiatives.
  • Transform demand generation from demand capture into demand creation and support scaling outbound to 50% of pipeline creation.
  • Lead and develop a marketing team of more than 20 people.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Experience leading significant marketing scope in a high-growth environment at VP or SVP level.
  • Expertise in at least three of product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and brand.
  • Outstanding communication skills and willingness to represent the company publicly.
  • Servant-leadership style suited to leading a team of 20+.
  • Fluent English, including US/UK usage.
  • Experience in HR technology, future of work, collaboration, productivity, or knowledge/AI platforms preferred.
  • Experience with rebranding or renaming preferred.
  • Ability to work from the USA, Canada, UK, or France.
