Description

  • Own global marketing strategy, organization, priorities, and performance management.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to strengthen go-to-market execution, particularly in North America.
  • Unify Product Marketing, Brand and Content, and Demand Generation around shared business outcomes.
  • Assess the existing marketing organization and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop an 18-month marketing roadmap and validate messaging and content strategy.
  • Manage relationships with industry analysts and build relationships with key customers.
  • Lead strategic company projects, including potential renaming, rebranding, and repositioning initiatives.
  • Transform demand generation from demand capture into demand creation and support scaling outbound pipeline contribution to 50%.
  • Lead and develop a marketing team of 20 or more employees.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Experience leading significant marketing scope in a high-growth environment at VP or SVP level.
  • Expertise in at least three of product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and brand.
  • Outstanding communication skills and willingness to represent the company publicly.
  • Servant leadership approach and experience leading teams of 20+.
  • Fluent English, including US and UK usage.
  • Experience in HR technology, future of work, collaboration, productivity, knowledge, or AI platforms preferred.
  • Experience with rebranding or renaming preferred.
  • Ability to work from the USA, Canada, UK, or France.
