Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional account teams to execute high-impact initiatives and customer journeys from kickoff to launch.
  • Develop and implement cross-channel programs aligned to key moments in the customer journey using analytics and behavioral science insights.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to operationalize program strategies and improve client performance metrics.
  • Lead strategic internal and external meetings to align on client goals and program priorities.
  • Oversee creation of emails, forms, landing pages, reports, and related marketing infrastructure to optimize campaign performance.
  • Build custom multi-channel reports and establish reporting processes that define success and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain data hygiene and list integrity, including managing data and integrations across CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Participate in campaign planning, including timelines, budgets, status reporting, and messaging support as needed.
  • Identify customer segments and plan loyalty and engagement programs designed to deliver ROI-positive results.
  • Craft service narratives and business cases to support new engagement opportunities and client buy-in.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B strategy experience, preferably in-house or at an agency.
  • CRM platform proficiency, with HubSpot preferred but not required.
  • Experience implementing and optimizing workflows as part of a customer experience journey.
  • Experience with list hygiene and lead scoring.
  • Understanding of performance marketing channels and Account-Based Marketing needs for unique customer journeys.
  • Experience identifying new marketing channels and target audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate and present effectively in both internal and client-facing settings.
  • Comfort working independently and solving problems with limited instruction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience creating and optimizing processes in real time.
  • Ability to articulate business and functional CRM requirements through strategic storytelling.
