Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional account teams to plan and execute high-impact client initiatives and customer journeys from kickoff through launch.
  • Develop and implement cross-channel programs aligned to key moments in the customer journey using analytics and behavioral science insights.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to operationalize program-based strategies that improve key performance indicators.
  • Lead strategic internal and external meetings to align client goals and ensure programs meet customer journey needs.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing assets and infrastructure such as emails, forms, landing pages, reports, and related systems.
  • Build multi-channel reports and reporting processes to capture insights, define account success, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain data hygiene and list integrity, including managing data and integrations across marketing and sales platforms.
  • Participate in campaign planning by managing timelines, schedules, budgets, progress updates, and messaging as needed.
  • Identify customer segments and plan loyalty and engagement programs designed to deliver ROI-positive results.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to CRM changes, manage client expectations, and ensure delivery alignment with requirements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B strategy experience, in-house or agency preferred.
  • CRM platform proficiency, with HubSpot preferred but not required.
  • Experience implementing and optimizing workflows as part of customer experience journeys.
  • Experience with list hygiene and lead scoring.
  • Understanding of performance marketing channels, customer journeys, and Account Based Marketing needs.
  • Experience identifying new marketing channels and target audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and presentation skills, both internally and client-facing.
  • Ability to work independently and create or optimize processes in real time with limited instruction.
  • Passion for creative problem-solving and strategic storytelling to align stakeholders.
