Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional account teams to execute high-impact client initiatives and customer journeys from kickoff to launch.
  • Develop and implement cross-channel programs aligned to key moments in the customer journey using analytics and behavioral insights.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to operationalize program strategies that improve key performance indicators.
  • Lead internal and external strategic meetings to align on client goals and customer journey needs.
  • Oversee the creation of emails, forms, landing pages, reports, and related marketing infrastructure to improve performance.
  • Build multi-channel reports and reporting processes that capture key insights and define account success.
  • Maintain data hygiene and list integrity across marketing and sales platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, and Pardot.
  • Manage campaign planning, including timelines, schedules, budgets, status updates, and messaging support.
  • Identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs and plan loyalty and engagement initiatives that deliver ROI.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to CRM changes, reporting impacts, and client expectations.
  • Craft service narratives and support business cases to communicate value and secure buy-in from clients and stakeholders.
  • Articulate CRM business and functional requirements through strategic storytelling to align internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • CRM platform proficiency; HubSpot preferred but not required.
  • Experience implementing and optimizing workflows, list hygiene, and lead scoring within CRM or customer journey programs.
  • Understanding of performance marketing channels and Account Based Marketing needs in relation to unique customer journeys.
  • Experience identifying new marketing channels and target audiences.
  • Ability to devise marketing strategies that support ongoing optimization and innovation.
  • Strong collaboration and presentation skills, both internally and with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and operate without clear instruction at times.
  • Comfort creating and optimizing processes in real time.
  • 2+ years of B2B strategy experience in-house or at an agency preferred.
