Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for prospective clients.
  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan to generate net-new pipeline.
  • Carry a quota and take full accountability for sales results and forecast accuracy.
  • Source pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, Lighthouse Connect events, and industry conferences.
  • Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC and AI-assisted preparation to qualify and advance opportunities.
  • Use Lighthouse’s AI tools for call prep, discovery, positioning, and pipeline pattern analysis.
  • Lead value-based and ROI-focused conversations with hotel commercial stakeholders.
  • Position Lighthouse’s platform as the integrated solution for pricing, distribution, and business intelligence needs.
  • Drive expansion and upgrade opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Partner with Product to share market feedback and represent Lighthouse at industry events.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in a closing sales role.
  • Hospitality and SaaS experience are highly preferred.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to sell on value rather than price.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders from general managers to C-suite executives.
  • Self-directed, coachable, and motivated to continuously improve.
  • Comfort using AI tools as a core part of the selling motion and adopting new tooling quickly.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi.
  • Experience in a hunter-style role with self-generated pipeline is expected.
  • Interest in hospitality, commercial strategy, and structured sales execution.
