Description

  • Establish a net-new alliance with Microsoft centered on AI enablement and transformation.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow Microsoft AI services within large enterprise organizations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through Microsoft partner programs and joint investments.
  • Collaborate with sales and alliance leadership to align Microsoft strategy with broader business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Microsoft and other partners to drive joint sales efforts.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with Microsoft and other strategic partners.
  • Work with revenue, delivery, and innovation teams to drive adoption of Liatrio's AI-enabled engineering approach through Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft partner channels.
  • Lead Microsoft alliance opportunity management, including CRM updates, reporting, and maintenance.
  • Maintain the Microsoft pipeline and coordinate joint campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Track sales performance, analyze pipeline trends, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience with a focus on Microsoft.
  • Experience as a Microsoft alliance lead at Microsoft or a top-tier Microsoft partner.
  • Experience establishing a net-new partnership with a large technology vendor or cloud service provider.
  • Deep relationships with Microsoft AI Services / Copilot sales and/or partner leadership.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure technologies and solutions; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience in the enterprise market is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft partner incentive programs such as Microsoft Commerce Incentives and Azure IP Co-sell preferred.
  • Experience managing opportunities in Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program and Partner Center portal is a plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot and other CRM platforms.
  • Microsoft certification such as Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) desired.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% on average.
